Six major bioinformatics projects have been successfully completed, contributing to advancements in biological data analysis. Currently, nine active projects are ongoing, focusing on areas such as genomics, proteomics, and drug design. Additionally, five upcoming projects are in development, targeting emerging challenges in the field of bioinformatics.
Education
Omics Bangladesh trains future bioinformaticians through courses in basic bioinformatics, gene/protein function prediction, drug/vaccine design, and gene expression analysis. Specialized topics include cancer bioinformatics, molecular docking, and public health applications. They also offer internships and thesis opportunities for hands-on research experience.
Services
Omics Bangladesh provides bioinformatics services to academia, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutions, including genomics/proteomics analysis, drug/vaccine development, interaction/networking analysis, and gene expression studies. Supported by expert teams and advanced software, they ensure high-quality research and results in these fields.
Collaboration
We partner with academic institutions, healthcare providers, and industries to advance genomics, proteomics, and computational biology, focusing on drug development and personalized medicine.
